Tales of Vesperia Easy Mode Still Enjoyable
Probably 60-70 hours normally

A very large portion of the game's length comes from dialogue and cutscenes. Game difficulty only really affects your playtime if you play on Hard or something higher in my opinion.
It depends on how many side quests you focus on etc.
In my opinion it probably roughly goes something like this... In my opinion.
1st playthough (Minimal/No Side Quests)
Easy: 20-40+ hours
Normal: 22-50+ hours
Hard: 30-50+ hours
Unknown: In theory is not possible but if you hacked in this difficulty 60+ hours.
1st playthough (Many side quests!)
Easy: 35-60+ hours
Normal: 40-70+ hours
Hard: 50-70+ hours
Unknown: In theory is not possible but if you hacked in this difficulty 70+ hours.
1st playthough (Roughly 100% may miss or skip very few things.)
Easy: 55-90+
Normal: 60-100+
Hard: 70-100+
Unknown: In theory is not possible but if you hacked in this difficulty 100+ hours.
I mostly made these up but I do have decent understanding. And i'm going from the website How long does it take to beat, plus from what I have read and heard people say. And finally I beat the game 3+ times from start. And a few new game plus. I have done a 100% run that usually takes over 75+ on second play though unless your fast or it's not your first time perhaps.
And I'm working on a 100% run right now.

Doesn't that depend on the player and if they like searching for everything how long the game will take them to finish? Yes I have the game but on console I don't like playing long games on the PC.

What's the difference? One's a computer, and the other's a computer.

Not when one can be taken anywhere. Where you don't have to stay in one place.

You're basically locked into handhelds or Switch releases then. I mean, there's always laptops too.
The journey's more fun then the destination. Play the game how you want to play it. I'm playing on easy so I can enjoy the main story without too much grinding. I hope there might be a new game + option so I can carry over levels and items to a new game. That usually makes the harder content a bit more easier to do.
if you skip instantly every scene, you probably will finish the game in 20+ hours, but it also depend on how many enemies you get to fight. The battle is so much fun though. I was thinking I play fast, without skipping scene, but I still end up finish the 1st playthrough in 60 hours.
This game is bloody awesome super smashy-....

All tales games have NewGame+. You can carryover some of the stuffs as long as you have enough grade points to buy those carryover options. You can also buy EXP boosters or Gald booster so that you can challenge even higher difficulties in NG+

If you somehow managed to get Unknown for your first playthrough, i'd LOVE to see someone finish that as most things will one-shot you and you'll be stuck doing 1 dmg a hit. It'll take 100+ hours just to beat Zagi ^_^
